Our Mission
So Cal Pride FC is a 501c3 Non-Profit Youth Soccer Program that was formed to let everyone with the desire to play high level soccer play; not just those that can afford it. We try to provide undeserved and underprivileged soccer players with the opportunity to be part of club soccer by providing financial assistance.
This assistance covers some of the yearly costs associated with club soccer that they would otherwise not be able to afford. We believe that everyone who works hard should be given the opportunity to play soccer regardless of his or her socioeconomic background.
Our Vision
Here in the San Fernando Valley, almost 20% of school-aged children are living below the poverty line. Creating opportunities for these children to rise above the cycle of poverty and achieve success in life represents a crucial need.
We believe participation in youth sports improves academic performance, increases self confidence, and promotes health and well being. Children who take part in team sports are more likely to finish high school and attend college while simultaneously far less likely to suffer from childhood obesity and related illnesses.
Your Support
With your support, players may have access to our soccer teams, summer camps, clinics, mentoring, parent seminars, trips, and counseling. Together we can build healthier, stronger individuals letting them reach their greatest potential & abilities as players but most importantly as productive members of our community.
